CAMIS (Central Alberta Medical Imaging Services) recently undertook an extensive governance and organizational review that saw us restructure both the Board of Directors and the administrative team. Our newly formed Board retained the services of James Davies of DCG Executive Search Services Ltd. to assist us in the wide-scale recruitment of our inaugural CEO. The County of Northern Lights engaged James Davies to assist and lead our Council through the recruitment process to find our next CAO. The Council had a long serving CAO (20 plus years) who gave retirement notice, and thus Council lacked any prior experience with this process. We were appreciative and grateful for the knowledge and counseling that James provided from start to finish.
